Designers are looking to Africa for inspiration. The theme of this collection is our amazing African landscape,the African Savannas. Caftans with matching turbans.Pleated long dresses in jewel tones,softly draped dresses worn with neck cuffs and safari like shirt dresses as well as pantsuits completed the collection. Elie Saab is a designer known for his opulent red carpet dresses,and some of the ready to wear collection was red carpet worthy,the level of detail, embellishments an the silhouettes were fit for an African princess.
