The Future Awards Africa (TFAA), Africa’s premier platform celebrating young excellence, has unveiled the nominees for its 18th edition, with the theme “Celebrating the Great and Daring.” This year’s ceremony highlights extraordinary individuals across the continent who have overcome challenges and made significant community impacts.
The nominees span 23 categories, including education, entrepreneurship, technology, and the arts.
Notable figures include BellaNaija’s Mary Edoro, Isaac Olayiwola (Layi Wasabi), Tunde Onakoya, and musician Daniel Etiese Benson (BNXN FKA Buju).
A distinguished jury of experts from various fields has been assembled to select the winners. Key members include Laide Adetutu, Nkemdilim Uwaje Begho, and Omoyemi Akerele.
Ayodeji Razaq, executive director of TFAA, expressed pride in this year’s nominees, saying they exemplify Africa’s audacious vision and accomplishments.
The 2024 edition promises an exciting showcase of the innovators and visionaries leading Africa’s next generation.
