Del-York Creative Academy (DCA), founded by Linus Idahosa, husband of Nollywood star, Stephanie Okereke Linus, has announced a groundbreaking partnership with Lancaster

University, a globally recognised higher education institution. This landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aims to elevate creative excellence and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs across Africa.

The signing ceremony at DCA’s Lagos campus marks a significant milestone for the continent’s vibrant creative sector. By combining their expertise in digital media, filmmaking, and creative industries education, the collaboration seeks to position Africa as a key hub for global innovation.

Ikenna Oguike, chief operating officer of Del-York Group, expressed excitement about the partnership, emphasizing their shared commitment to harnessing creativity for positive change.

DCA, known for its cutting-edge programmes, has trained over 3,000 creatives, bridging the gap between local talent and the global media landscape.

Lancaster University will contribute its academic excellence and faculty expertise, fostering innovation and enriching both institutions through knowledge exchange and new creative methodologies.
